This is a self-paced training module that maps to NABH Accreditation Standards - HRM.3 (Induction Training). It is delivered inside the MedNext app so clinicians and hospital staff can work through it between shifts, with no live sessions or fixed deadlines.

Who should complete this, and why
Every new employee of a NABH-accredited or accreditation-seeking hospital goes through documented induction, from consultants to housekeeping. NABH's human-resource standards require that induction is structured, recorded and completed before independent duties, so this module supports both the new joiner and the department that must evidence their orientation.

Frequently asked questions
Why does NABH require formal induction?
Because a large share of early errors come from staff who do not yet know local policies, codes and safety equipment. NABH's human-resource standards require documented induction so that every new joiner starts with the same safety baseline.
Is induction only for clinical staff?
No. It applies to every new employee, clinical and non-clinical, because housekeeping, security and support staff all have safety-critical roles during codes, fires and infection-control events.
