Overview
At MedNext Academy, we want you to be confident in your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how it will be processed.
Eligibility for Refunds
Student Monthly Plan (₹999/month)
Student Annual Plan (₹8,999/year)
Institutional Plan (₹50,000/year)
Institutional Plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact institutions@mednext.academy directly.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after the refund window has passed
- You did not use the Platform during the subscription period
- Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions
- The content did not meet your expectations, if the Platform functioned correctly and content was accurately described
- Partial use of a subscription period
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@mednext.academy with the subject line: Refund Request
- Include: your registered email address, your order / transaction ID (found in your payment confirmation email), and the reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request within 2 working days and respond with a decision.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Processing Timeline
Currency
All refunds are issued in Indian Rupees (INR). If your card was charged in a different currency, the refund will be in INR and your bank will apply the exchange rate at the time of processing.
Technical Issues
If you are unable to access content due to a technical issue on our end, please contact support@mednext.academy immediately. We will attempt to resolve the issue within 24–48 hours. If we cannot resolve it within 48 hours, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard refund window.
