MedNext Academy is not a big company. We are a startup in the early stages of building something ambitious: the most intelligent, comprehensive and effective NEET preparation platform in India.

Open Roles: Technology
Full-Stack Developer: Next.js 15, React 19 and Node.js; AWS (Amplify, Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora); building student-facing features, admin tools and AI agent interfaces. Remote-friendly.
DevOps / Cloud Engineer: AWS infrastructure management; CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and security; experience with Amplify, Lambda, EC2 and S3. Part-time or full-time considered.
ML Engineer / AI Integrations: Python, scikit-learn, LangChain or similar; experience with LLM APIs; building and maintaining the agent pipeline; comfortable working with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
Open Roles: Medical Content
Medical Content Writer / Editor: MBBS or equivalent qualification required; strong command of the NEET UG/PG syllabus; experience writing study notes, MCQs or clinical summaries; willingness to work with AI tools for content creation. Part-time or full-time considered.
Pharmacology / Formulary Specialist: MD Pharmacology or a strong clinical pharmacology background preferred (MBBS with a deep interest in pharmacology acceptable); will create and review formulary entries and drug-related MCQs.
Open Roles: Operations and Growth
Student Success / Community Manager: manages student queries, forum moderation and the community channels; a medical background (MBBS or equivalent) is preferred for content queries; strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Marketing Manager: digital marketing experience (Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, Google Ads); an understanding of the NEET aspirant audience; able to create content strategy and manage campaigns.
