Indications and dose
**Moderate to severe urinary frequency, urgency, and obstructive symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia when monotherapy ineffective**
- **Adult** (By Mouth): (male) 1 tablet daily.
Hepatic impairment
For tamsulosin with solifenacin Manufacturer advises caution in moderate impairment; avoid in severe impairment (no information available). Dose adjustments Manufacturer advises max. 1 Vesomni tablet daily in moderate impairment.
Renal impairment
For tamsulosin with solifenacin Caution in severe impairment. M Dose adjustments Max. 1 Vesomni tablet daily if creatinine clearance 30 mL/minute or less. M See Prescribing in renal impairment .
