Indications and dose
**Chronic hepatitis C infection (specialist use only)**
- **Adult** (By Mouth): 1 tablet once daily, for duration of treatment, consult product literature.
Cautions
For sofosbuvir with velpatasvir and voxilaprevir Hepatitis B co-infection
Side effects
For sofosbuvir with velpatasvir and voxilaprevir Common or very common Abdominal pain; appetite decreased; diarrhoea; headache; muscle complaints; nausea; rash; vomiting Uncommon Angioedema Frequency not known Hepatitis B reactivation; Stevens-Johnson syndrome
Hepatic impairment
For sofosbuvir with velpatasvir and voxilaprevir Manufacturer advises avoid in moderate to severe impairment.
