MedNext for Hospitals and Institutions
MedNext for Hospitals and Institutions
One institutional licence covering structured study, clinical reference and mandatory compliance training for your entire clinical workforce.
MedNext for Hospitals is built for teaching hospitals, medical colleges and training leads who need high-quality, structured learning for residents, interns, nurses and allied clinical staff, without adding hours to an already stretched workforce. Access is roster-gated, so every seat maps exactly to a named member of your staff list.
A single institutional account unlocks the full MedNext platform: all 19 MBBS subjects mapped to the NMC framework, more than 50,000 clinician-reviewed MCQs, 1,562 visual revision cheat sheets, 15 study modes, bedside clinical tools including a searchable drug formulary, and a dedicated 32-module compliance and CPD training catalogue built for hospital environments.
Everything is delivered on web and mobile browsers, hosted in India on the AWS Mumbai region, with audio and quick-revision formats designed for staff who study between shifts rather than in long lecture blocks.

The Offer in Full
One roster-gated account, everything your clinical staff need for study, reference and compliance in a single place.
Structured study across all 19 subjects. Every MBBS subject is mapped to the NMC framework, with detailed notes, revision notes and short high-yield sessions that fit into the gaps in a clinical shift. Residents and interns preparing for NEET-PG, INI-CET or FMGE get the same depth of coverage as a dedicated exam programme.
More than 50,000 MCQs for assessment. Every question is clinician-reviewed and linked back to the exact chapter section that teaches it, so a wrong answer becomes a learning moment rather than a dead end. Training leads can use this for self-assessment, cohort readiness checks and structured revision.
1,562 visual revision cheat sheets and 15 study modes. One-page visual summaries compress each topic for the days before an assessment, while the study modes cover everything from spaced repetition to exam simulation, so staff can learn in whatever way suits the time they have.
Bedside clinical tools. A searchable drug formulary and a set of clinical reference tools are available on any device, turning MedNext into an everyday point-of-care companion, not just an exam product.
A 32-module compliance and CPD training catalogue. Purpose-built for hospitals: infection prevention and control, patient safety, biomedical waste, radiation safety, antimicrobial stewardship, disaster management, data privacy under the DPDP Act and more. Completion is tracked per staff member and formatted so that NABH and statutory reporting is ready the moment an assessor arrives.
Why Hospitals Choose MedNext
Six reasons institutional buyers pick MedNext for their clinical workforce.
NABH and Statutory Compliance Training
A 32-module catalogue covering mandatory training: infection control, patient safety, biomedical waste, radiation and fire safety, and disaster management, all tracked and formatted for NABH and statutory audits.
CPD Tracking for Every Grade
Consultants, residents, nurses, technicians and allied health each get relevant learning, with continuing professional development logged automatically into an exportable record per staff member.
Analytics Dashboards for Administrators
Training leads see adoption and completion by ward, specialty and staff grade, so gaps are visible early and follow-up is targeted rather than blanket.
Roster Management
Seats are roster-gated and map exactly to your staff list. Bulk import from your HR system, add and remove staff as your roster changes, and pay only for named seats.
Micro-Learning Built for Shifts
Short, high-yield sessions and audio mode turn commutes, breaks and quiet moments into study time, so learning fits around clinical work instead of competing with it.
India Data Residency
All data is hosted in India on the AWS Mumbai region, aligned with the DPDP Act, with a full audit trail for every learning interaction and no data leaving approved jurisdictions.

Procurement and Institutional FAQ
How is MedNext priced for institutions?
Pricing is per seat, per year. Institutional seats start from Rs 4,499 per seat plus GST, with a floor of Rs 2,999 per seat for larger volume commitments. Every seat includes full platform access: all 19 subjects, the MCQ bank, cheat sheets, study modes, clinical tools and the compliance and CPD catalogue. Volume pricing and enterprise SLA options are available on request.
Is GST included in the price?
No. All institutional prices are quoted exclusive of GST, and GST is added at the applicable rate on the invoice. A GST invoice is issued for every institutional purchase.
How does per-seat and roster management work?
Seats are roster-gated, which means each seat is tied to a named member of your staff list. You import your roster in bulk, add or remove staff as your team changes, and pay only for the seats you assign. Access maps exactly to your workforce, with no shared or anonymous logins.
How is our staff and learner data handled under the DPDP Act?
All data is hosted in India on the AWS Mumbai region and handled in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. Every learning interaction is logged in an audit trail, data does not leave approved jurisdictions, and access is limited to your administrators and MedNext systems supporting the account.
Does the compliance training satisfy NABH and statutory requirements?
The 32-module catalogue is written and reviewed by practising clinicians and formatted so that completion records support NABH and statutory reporting. Completion is tracked per staff member and exportable, so the evidence is ready when an assessor arrives. It supports your compliance process rather than replacing your accreditation body's own assessment.
How long does deployment take?
A typical institutional deployment runs over a few weeks: account provisioning and admin access first, then bulk roster import and an onboarding session for training leads, followed by adoption and reporting. A dedicated account manager supports rollout throughout.
How do we request a quote or a demo?
Write to hospitals@mednext.academy with your approximate headcount and staff grades, and our institutional team will arrange a demo and a tailored per-seat quote.
