Platform and Getting Started
What is MedNext Academy?
MedNext Academy is an AI-powered medical education platform. It provides NEET UG and PG preparation through 15 study modes, covering all 19 NEET subjects. Content is written by practising clinicians and checked against current clinical guidelines, and AI powers how you study it.
Who is MedNext for?
MedNext is designed for MBBS students preparing for NEET-PG, undergraduate students preparing for NEET UG, medical colleges looking to enhance student preparation, and hospitals wanting to support staff CME.
How do I get started?
Create an account at app.mednext.academy. Choose the curriculum-phase pack that matches your stage of study, and you will get access to the 15 study modes, the drug formulary and the full library for your pack.
Is there a mobile app?
MedNext is fully mobile-optimised in the browser. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are on our roadmap for 2026.
What are the 15 study modes?
Every topic is delivered across 15 formats: notes, video, audio, flashcards, MCQs, mnemonics, images, mind maps, cases, quick revision, drug charts, formulae, differential diagnosis, self-assessment and OSCE stations.
Plans and Pricing
How much do the plans cost?
MedNext uses curriculum-phase packs. Pre-clinical (Year 1) is Rs 449 per month or Rs 4,499 per year. Clinical (Years 2 to 4) is Rs 899 per month or Rs 8,999 per year. Exam (NEET-PG, INI-CET, FMGE) is Rs 1,499 per month or Rs 14,999 per year. Each annual pack is about two months free versus monthly. Colleges and hospitals can license roster-gated seats from Rs 4,499 per seat plus GST.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time, and the remaining days on your monthly subscription will be credited toward the annual plan.
Do annual plans save money?
Yes. Each annual pack is priced at about two months free compared with paying monthly. MedNext keeps one fair price for everyone and does not run separate discount codes or promotions.
What is covered as I move up the packs?
Pre-clinical covers Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry. Clinical adds every para-clinical and clinical subject plus Grand Tests and mock exams. Exam unlocks the full library along with the PG question bank and rank predictor. All packs include the 15 study modes and the full drug formulary.
Content and Accuracy
How accurate is the content?
Content is drafted by NHS consultants and trainees, then checked against up-to-date global guidelines before publication. We maintain a documented content-accuracy policy available on request.
How often is content updated?
The formulary is updated regularly from FDA, CDSCO and WHO sources. Course content is reviewed on a rolling basis, and clinical protocols are updated as major guidelines change.
What if I find an error in the content?
Report it via the feedback button on any page, or email support@mednext.academy. We investigate and correct verified errors promptly.
Is content aligned with the NEET syllabus?
Yes. All 19 subjects are structured according to the NMC / MCI NEET UG and NEET-PG syllabus.
Do you cover clinical specialties?
Yes. All 12 clinical subjects are covered, including Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Orthopaedics, Psychiatry, Dermatology, Radiology, Anaesthesiology and Community Medicine.
Technical
What browsers are supported?
MedNext works on Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge (latest versions). Chrome is recommended for the best experience, especially for 3D anatomy and audio features.
Can I use MedNext offline?
Currently MedNext requires an internet connection. Offline mode, with downloadable PDF notes and audio files, is planned for a future update.
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. A reset link will be emailed to you within a couple of minutes.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use TLS encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest, and we never sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Support
How do I contact support?
Email support@mednext.academy. We respond within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm IST). Institutional customers receive a priority response SLA.
Is there live chat?
Live chat is available for subscribers and institutional plan holders during working hours via the in-app chat widget.
What if I want to request a new feature?
We welcome feature requests. Use the in-app feedback button or email hello@mednext.academy. We review all requests and update our public roadmap regularly.
