Content standards are documented at the editorial-workflow level. Sources are reviewed when guidance changes, and verified errors are corrected without presenting unconfirmed reviewers, credentials or governance roles.
Review and Corrections
Each learning resource should identify its educational scope, use recognised guidance and avoid claiming accreditation or formal endorsement that has not been confirmed.
If you find a possible error, report it through the contact page. The team will check the source, update verified errors and keep the correction focused on the affected material.
