Indications and dose
**Hereditary transthyretin amyloidosis (hATTR) [stage 1 or stage 2 polyneuropathy] (initiated by a specialist)**
- **Adult** (By Subcutaneous Injection): 25 mg every 3 months, for information on vitamin A supplementation and missed doses-consult product literature.
Side effects
Common or very common Arthralgia; dyspnoea; pain in extremity
Pregnancy
