- **Adult** (To The Eye Using Eye Ointment): Acanthamoeba keratitis infections (specialist use only), Local treatment of eye infections Apply 1-2 times a day.
- **Adult** (To The Eye Using Eye Drop): Apply up to 4 times a day.
