Indications and dose
**Patients requiring naproxen**
- **Adult** (By Mouth): for osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or ankylosing spondylitis, who are at risk of NSAID-associated duodenal or gastric ulcer and when treatment with lower doses of naproxen or other NSAIDs ineffective 500/20 mg twice daily, dose expressed as x/y mg naproxen/esomeprazole.
