Indications and dose
**Parkinson's disease and end-of-dose motor fluctuations not adequately controlled with levodopa and dopa-decarboxylase inhibitor treatment**
- **Adult** (By Mouth): 1 tablet for each dose; maximum 10 tablets per day.
Hepatic impairment
For levodopa with carbidopa and entacapone Caution in mild to moderate impairment (risk of increased exposure to entacapone); avoid in severe impairment. M
