Indications and dose
**HIV-1 infection in combination with other antiretroviral drugs**
- **Adult** (By Subcutaneous Injection): for resistant infection [maintenance therapy] (under expert supervision) 927 mg for 1 dose, to be given on day 15 after oral lead-in therapy, dose to be administered as two consecutive 463.5 mg injections at separate injection sites, then maintenance 927 mg every 6 months, dose to be administered as two consecutive 463.5 mg injections at separate injection sites.
