Indications and dose
**Moderate-to-severe atopic eczema (initiated by a specialist)**
- **Adult** (By Subcutaneous Injection): (body-weight 40 kg and above) Initially 500 mg every 2 weeks for 2 doses, to be administered as two consecutive 250 mg injections at different injection sites, followed by 250 mg every 2 weeks up to week 16, review after 16 weeks (consider discontinuing treatment if no response; if partial response consider continuing 250 mg every 2 weeks up to week 24), then maintenance 250 mg every 4 weeks.

- **Child 12-17 years (body-weight 40 kg and above)** (By subcutaneous injection): Initially 500 mg every 2 weeks for 2 doses, to be administered as two consecutive 250 mg injections at different injection sites, followed by 250 mg every 2 weeks up to week 16, review response after 16 weeks (consider discontinuing treatment if no response; if partial response consider continuing 250 mg every 2 weeks up to week 24), then maintenance 250 mg every 4 weeks.

Interactions

- Live vaccines The safety and efficacy of concurrent use of lebrikizumab with live and live attenuated vaccines has not been studied.
