Indications and dose
**HIV infection in combination with other antiretroviral drugs**
- **Adult** (By Mouth): for resistant infection 600 mg twice daily.

Risk factors for QT-interval prolongation
Side effects
Common or very common Central nervous system immune reconstitution inflammatory response; diarrhoea; dizziness; drowsiness; fatigue; flatulence; gastrointestinal discomfort; headache; immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome; insomnia; myalgia; nausea; skin reactions; taste altered; vomiting

- Rifampicin 600 mg daily reduced fostemsavir exposure (AUC) by 82% most likely via induction of CYP3A4.
Pregnancy
