Indications and dose
**Moderate to severe seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, if monotherapy with antihistamine or corticosteroid is inadequate for fluticasone with azelastine**
- **Child 12-17 years** (By intranasal administration): 1 spray twice daily, dose to be administered into each nostril.
