Indications and dose
**Hereditary transthyretin amyloidosis (hATTR) [in patients with stage 1 or stage 2 polyneuropathy] (under expert supervision)**
- **Adult** (By Subcutaneous Injection): 45 mg once a month, for information on vitamin A supplementation-consult product literature.
Side effects
Common or very common Cataract; proteinuria; vomiting
