Indications and dose
**Type 1 Gaucher disease (CYP2D6 poor metabolisers) (under expert supervision)**
- **Adult** (By Mouth): 84 mg once daily.
**Type 1 Gaucher disease (CYP2D6 intermediate or extensive metabolisers) (under expert supervision)**
- **Adult** (By Mouth): 84 mg twice daily.
Contraindications
Cardiac disease (no information available); concurrent use of Class IA and Class III antiarrhythmics; long QT syndrome (no information available)
