For durvalumab [Specialist drug] Common or very common Arthralgia; cough; diarrhoea; dysphonia; dysuria; fever; flank pain; gastrointestinal discomfort; hepatic disorders; hyperthyroidism; hypothyroidism; immune-mediated lung disease; increased risk of infection; infusion related reaction; interstitial lung disease; myalgia; night sweats; peripheral oedema; peripheral swelling; skin reactions Uncommon Adrenal insufficiency; arthritis; cystitis; encephalitis non-infective; gastrointestinal disorders; glomerulonephritis; hypophysitis; hypopituitarism; immune thrombocytopenic purpura; immune-mediated pancreatitis; myasthenia gravis; myocarditis; myopathy; nephritis; pancreatitis; thyroiditis; type 1 diabetes mellitus Rare or very rare Diabetes insipidus; meningitis; meningitis non-infective; polymyalgia rheumatica; uveitis Frequency not known Guillain-Barre syndrome; transverse myelitis Side-effects, further information Immune-related reactions Manufacturer advises that most immune-related adverse reactions resolved with appropriate management, including initiation of immunosuppressive treatment and treatment modifications. Infusion-related reactions Manufacturer advises to permanently discontinue treatment in patients with severe infusion reactions.
