Indications and dose
**Urinary retention**
- **Adult** (By Mouth): 10-25 mg 3-4 times a day, to be taken 30 minutes before food.
Cautions
Autonomic neuropathy (use lower initial dose)
Contraindications
Bradycardia; conditions where increased motility of the gastro-intestinal tract could be harmful; conditions where increased motility of the urinary tract could be harmful; epilepsy; heart block; hyperthyroidism; hypotension; intestinal obstruction; obstructive airways disease; parkinsonism; peptic ulcer; recent myocardial infarction; urinary obstruction
Side effects
Frequency not known Abdominal pain; hyperhidrosis; nausea; vomiting
Pregnancy
