Indications and dose
**HIV infection (use only if patient is stabilised**
- **Adult** (By Mouth): for 6-8 weeks on the individual components in the same proportions) 1 tablet twice daily.
**HIV infection (use only if patient is stabilised for 6-8 weeks on the individual components in the same proportions) for abacavir with lamivudine and zidovudine**
- **Child (body-weight 30 kg and above)** (By mouth): 1 tablet twice daily.
Renal impairment
For abacavir with lamivudine and zidovudine Avoid if creatinine clearance less than 50 mL/minute (consult product literature). M See Prescribing in renal impairment .
