See how students are learning throughout the year
The MedNext Faculty Dashboard gives teaching hospitals and medical colleges a practical, longitudinal view of learner engagement between formal examinations.
A final university examination captures one high-stakes day. The Faculty Dashboard helps educators see the learning activity that happens throughout the year: who has activated access, who is practising, who may need a check-in, and how a cohort is engaging across subjects.
Faculty can review MCQ attempts, accuracy, active days, recent activity and subject distribution at cohort level, then use the student roster to follow up supportively. That gives teachers earlier signals for tutorials, revision sessions and mentoring instead of waiting until the end of the year to discover a gap.
These are indicators of LMS practice activity, not formal assessment results, and they should never be the sole basis for progression or disciplinary decisions. Used alongside attendance, teaching contact and approved assessments, they add a useful year-long layer of evidence for educators and learners.

What faculty can see—and what they can do with it
A roster-gated account connects student practice with timely academic support while keeping the limits of the data clear.
A live cohort overview. See total, activated and recently active students, average MCQs attempted, aggregate accuracy and active days without assembling spreadsheets by hand.
Earlier, more useful conversations. Activity-by-day and subject distribution can reveal where engagement has slowed or where a cohort is concentrating its effort. Faculty can respond with a targeted tutorial, a revision list or a supportive conversation while there is still time to help.
A student roster and export. Named, roster-gated seats make it possible to manage access and prepare reports for authorised academic teams. The dashboard is designed for learning support, with practice data clearly distinguished from formal assessment.
Structured learning across all 19 subjects. Students can move between 411 MedNext-authored chapters, 80,000+ MCQs and 15 study modes, so dashboard signals connect to concrete learning actions rather than ending at a score.
Bedside clinical tools. A searchable drug formulary and a set of clinical reference tools are available on any device, turning MedNext into an everyday point-of-care companion, not just an exam product.
A 32-module compliance and CPD training catalogue. Purpose-built for hospitals: infection prevention and control, patient safety, biomedical waste, radiation safety, antimicrobial stewardship, disaster management, data privacy under the DPDP Act and more. Completion is tracked per staff member and formatted so that NABH and statutory reporting is ready the moment an assessor arrives.
Why Hospitals Choose MedNext

CPD Tracking for Every Grade
Consultants, residents, nurses, technicians and allied health each get relevant learning, with continuing professional development logged automatically into an exportable record per staff member.
Faculty Dashboard for Year-Long Support
Faculty see activation, MCQ practice, accuracy, active days and subject distribution, helping them target teaching and mentoring before a final examination exposes a gap.

Procurement and Institutional FAQ
How is MedNext priced for institutions?
Pricing is per seat, per year. Institutional seats start from Rs 4,499 per seat plus GST, with a floor of Rs 2,999 per seat for larger volume commitments. Every seat includes full platform access: all 19 subjects, the MCQ bank, cheat sheets, study modes, clinical tools and the compliance and CPD catalogue. Volume pricing and enterprise SLA options are available on request.
Is GST included in the price?
No. All institutional prices are quoted exclusive of GST, and GST is added at the applicable rate on the invoice. A GST invoice is issued for every institutional purchase.
How does per-seat and roster management work?
Seats are roster-gated, which means each seat is tied to a named member of your staff list. You import your roster in bulk, add or remove staff as your team changes, and pay only for the seats you assign. Access maps exactly to your workforce, with no shared or anonymous logins.
How is our staff and learner data handled under the DPDP Act?
All data is hosted in India on the AWS Mumbai region and handled in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. Every learning interaction is logged in an audit trail, data does not leave approved jurisdictions, and access is limited to your administrators and MedNext systems supporting the account.
Does the compliance training satisfy NABH and statutory requirements?
The 32-module catalogue is maintained by the MedNext Clinical Team under a named review workflow and formatted so that completion records support NABH and statutory reporting. Completion is tracked per staff member and exportable, so the evidence is ready when an assessor arrives. It supports your compliance process rather than replacing your accreditation body's own assessment.
How long does deployment take?
A typical institutional deployment runs over a few weeks: account provisioning and admin access first, then bulk roster import and an onboarding session for training leads, followed by adoption and reporting. A dedicated account manager supports rollout throughout.
How do we request a quote or a demo?
Write to hospitals@mednext.academy with your approximate headcount and staff grades, and our institutional team will arrange a demo and a tailored per-seat quote.
