The study problem this solves
Revision fails when students try to reread everything at textbook depth. The final weeks need a smaller, active loop: retrieve the idea, check it, and revisit only what is fading. A compressed format is useful only when it preserves the distinctions that change an answer.
How it works in a real study session
Revision Mode brings together short summaries, flashcards, mnemonics and visual sheets around the same curriculum. Use it after first-pass learning, test recall before revealing the answer and move back to Detailed Mode when a shortcut no longer makes sense. It is built for consolidation, not for pretending an unfamiliar topic can be mastered in a minute.
When students use it
The final six weeks
Cycle through high-yield material without losing the ability to reopen a full explanation.
A ten-minute gap
Complete a small active-recall set between classes, postings or shifts.
Morning recall
Start with yesterday's weak facts before adding new material to the day.
