The study problem this solves
The same study format is not equally useful for every task. Reading helps build a mechanism, questions expose faulty decisions, audio fits a commute and a labelled visual may solve an anatomical relationship faster than another paragraph. Switching tools should not mean rebuilding context in a different app.
How it works in a real study session
Start from a topic and choose the mode that matches your immediate job. The formats remain linked around the same curriculum, so you can read first, test yourself next and finish with rapid recall. You are not expected to use all fifteen modes every day; the value is being able to choose deliberately without losing your place.
When students use it
Understand
Begin with detailed notes, video or a visual when the mechanism is still unclear.
Apply
Move into MCQs, images, cases or clinical reasoning when you need to make decisions.
Retain
Use flashcards, mnemonics, audio and quick revision to keep a known topic retrievable.
