AI That Teaches, Not Tells
Most AI tools in medical education generate answers. MedNext AI Learning Agents do something different: they generate questions, probe your reasoning, and push you to retrieve knowledge from memory rather than passively consuming it. Every agent is grounded in the same MedNext-authored chapter content that powers MedNext notes and MCQs.
This grounding matters. The agents do not invent medical facts, fabricate drug doses, or hallucinate clinical guidelines. Clinical Reasoning Engine
Walks you through a case step by step: history, examination findings, investigations, then management. At each stage you must commit to a decision before the next layer of information is revealed. Trains the sequential reasoning that single-best-answer questions reward.
DDx Generator
You enter a presenting complaint and key findings. The agent returns a ranked differential diagnosis drawn from the MedNext knowledge base, with distinguishing features for each possibility. Use it to check your own differential or to study the pattern-recognition shortcuts that examiners expect.
Grounded, Not Generative

Do the AI agents replace MedNext-authored notes?
No. The agents use MedNext-authored chapter content as their knowledge base. They generate questions and feedback to guide your revision, but they do not author the underlying medical material.
Can I use the agents for NEET-PG and INI-CET preparation?
Yes. The Viva Coach and Attending Simulator practise applied reasoning of the kind that appears in clinical vignette questions. The Clinical Reasoning Engine specifically trains sequential decision-making, which maps directly to single-best-answer formats used in NEET-PG, INI-CET and FMGE.
What if an agent gives me something that contradicts my textbook?
The agents are grounded in MedNext chapter content. If you spot a discrepancy with a standard textbook or current guideline, flag it using the in-chapter report feature. We investigate every flag and update the source content if needed.
Are the agents available on all plans?
AI Learning Agents are available on the Clinical and Exam plans. Pre-clinical plan users can sample the agents in read-only demonstration mode to see how they work before upgrading.
Do the agents work offline?
The agents require an internet connection because they process your responses in real time against the knowledge base. Offline study modes such as downloaded notes and cached MCQs remain available without connectivity.
